Todmorden & Stoodley Pike

Pennine Watershed Route (Widdop - Long Causeway)
A great circuit in a classic South Pennine landscape of open moorland, reservoirs, upland villages/hamlets and farmsteads.  Some fantastic landscapes to view.  A couple of the pubs you pass do particularly good local beer - try The Packhorse at Widdop and the New Delight Inn at Colden if all that riding gives you a thirst.
