Littleborough & Hollingworth Lake
Tunshill Lane Loop Starting from Hollingworth Lake Visitor Centre this walk takes you under the M62 at Castle Hill and along Tunshill Lane to the transmitter. After joining the Pennine Way at Castle Shaw, the route takes you on a footbridge high over the M62, and north to the Roman Road near Blackstone Edge. From Lydgate the path slopes down through fields and back to Hollingworth Lake.
